Basic Knowledge Of The Maintenance Of Spring Applications

1. Cylinder springs

Cylinder springs are affected by high temperature and regular high frequency alternating forces, which will cause damage and plastic deformation immediately after being applied for a period of time, weakening the elasticity, resulting in common faults such as cylinder shutdown and poor shut-off, reduced engine displacement, black smoke from exhaust pipes, and difficult starting. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain the spring elasticity of the cylinder regularly. A small piece of white iron sheet can be padded between the old spring and the new spring, and the pressure can be clamped on the vice to see the reduction level. When the new spring is reduced to 2/3 of the original length, if the old spring is 3mm shorter than the new spring, it should be replaced. If there are no accessories for a while, you can put a flat washer of 3mm up and down on the old spring to fill the lack of elasticity. Under normal circumstances, the cylinder spring should be replaced after 2500~3000h.
2. Diesel pump plunger pump spring

The diesel pump plunger pump spring will be damaged and deformed by the action of regular high-frequency alternating force, which will reduce its arbitrary length and weaken its elasticity. When the elasticity is weakened, the homing rate of the piston pump slows down. That's it. When the diesel engine is running at high speed, the repeated movement of the piston pump can not maintain a harmonious relationship with the high-speed rotation fitness movement of the camshaft of the gasoline pump, and then the lift of the piston pump is reduced. A relative decrease in the amount of oil supplied resulted in a decrease in engine displacement. Therefore, when the piston pump spring is applied for 3600~4500h, it should be replaced immediately.

3. Pump springs

After the spring elasticity of the oil pump becomes weaker. It will lead to serious internal leakage of high-pressure oil, the remaining working pressure in the hydraulic oil pipe will be reduced, and the oil pump will not be seated quickly, resulting in a small and unstable amount of oil provided, and the diesel engine will be weak and "traveling". In addition, it will continue to make the fuel injection pump weak at the beginning, the oil is not decisive, and the post-drip situation will occur. In turn, it causes ignition malignancy, the engine overheats, and black smoke from the exhaust pipe. Therefore, the spring of the oil pump should generally be dismantled and replaced after 3600-4500h, and if there is bending deformation, it should be replaced immediately.

Fourth, the speed of the spring

Attention should be paid to the following when applying small diesel engine transmission springs:

1. The transmission rocker should be placed in the suspension part after the diesel engine is parked and the fire is stopped, so as to prevent the transmission spring from being in a long-term tensioning situation, resulting in weakened elasticity.

2. Variable speed springs and other parts should be cleaned frequently to prevent dust and dirt from clogging, resulting in stagnation and endangering the normal work of the speed regulating motor.

3. It is forbidden to use the method of "piercing" the transmission spring to increase the speed of the car, otherwise it will lead to serious harm.

4. Due to the long-term application of the variable speed spring, the elastic change of the hour head will make the diesel engine unable to reach the required speed ratio, and the adjustment screw can be used to adjust it at this time. When adjusting the adjustment screws, be sure to accurately measure the speed of the car with a tachometer.
